How to level a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and why it is not cosmetic
A built-in Sub-Zero has to sit level and square in its opening for the doors to behave. The closing action relies on gravity, so a cabinet leaning even slightly will leave doors that do not pull themselves shut, reveals that look wrong against the joinery, and seals that never quite close.
